Currently studying at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague (jazz department), Evelien started taking singing lessons at the age of 19. She has been singing (background & lead) in various pop-, cover- and soulbands and choirs and is now singing in a jazzquartet. She regularly participates in the improvisation workshops of Arnold Dooyeweerd at the Bimhuis. Her current focus is on jazz, jazzimprovisation and free improvisation. | ||||||
